A content series is a named, repeatable format that talks directly to the one person. It's the public-facing wrapper an audience learns to recognise and follow, the thing they can name to a colleague. It sits under a pillar: the pillar decides the subject (content-pillars.md), the series makes it recognisable and repeatable, so the audience learns what they're getting and I never start from a blank page. The job each episode does is one of the four in job.md.
The spine is one series per pillar: four live series, one lane each, plus a small bench of experiments earning their place by performing.
